Char’s “Get You Ready for the Day Oatmeal”:
Ingredients:
1 cup of oats (not instant oats.)
½ cup of water (or juice of your choice.)
1 tablespoon of sweetener
optional:
(honey, agave, molasses, brown sugar, or maple syrup)
optional:
2 tablespoons
(dried/frozen/fresh fruit)
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a microwavable bowl.
Microwave for 2 minutes on high.
Optional: Add to taste
(almond, soy, or rice milk)
